Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of an automatic hardness tester used to measure the hardness of engineering materials using the following methods: Vickers, Brinell, Knoop and Rockwell. with a minimum load range from 500 gF to 187.5 kgF including computer kit.
2. Place of delivery: University of Technology Wrocławska, 50-371 Wrocław, ul. I. Łukasiewicza 7/9, building B-9
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - OPZ.
4. The detailed scope of performance of the subject of the contract, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is provided here in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
The statement "brand new" should mean the subject of the order in its original packaging, unused before delivery, excluding use necessary to test its correct operation after production. The subject of the order must be free from any physical and legal defects and claims of third parties.
6.The delivered item must come from an official channel distribution manufacturer, who does not exclude distribution to the European Union market and ensures the implementation of warranty rights.
