Description:
1. The subject of the order is to equip the laboratory rooms of the Faculty of Chemistry of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, located in buildings A-2 and A-3, room 16 and 421 (A-2) and 324 (A-3). Assembly consists of: bringing in all the elements buildings, wardrobes, tables, laboratory fume hoods and room fittings, assembling the building elements, setting and leveling the furniture elements, connecting to the existing water, sewage, ventilation and electrical installations.2. Detailed description the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ OPZ. 3. CPV code: 39180000-7.4. The detailed scope of performance of the subject of the contract, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is included in the contract template constituting the Annexes. No. 2 to SWZ.5. Place of delivery described in Appendix No. 3 - OPZ.6. The deadline for completing the subject of the order is: up to 14 weeks from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
