The subject of the order is a photoplethysmographic system for non-invasive measurement of blood pressure for the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Faculty of Fundamental Problems of Technology, Wrocław University of Science and Technology. CPV code 33100000-1 medical devicesThe order includes delivery, commissioning of equipment and instructions in the operation and diagnostics of equipment. Delivery of the subject of the order to the following address: Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Building A-1, room 59-1, Wybrzee Wyspiaskiego 27, 50-370, Wrocaw. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ - OPZ. Detailed scope of execution of the subject of the order, being designed provisions of the public procurement contract, can be found in the contract template - Appendix No. 2 SWZ.3. The Contractor provides the Ordering Party with at least: 36-month warranty on the delivery item. The warranty period begins on the day following receipt of the subject of the contract.
