The subject of the order is the supply of a system of glove compartments with a chamber for vaporizing thin layers: a system of connected glove compartments for working in a protective atmosphere - oxygen-free and dry, together with a fully integrated vacuum system for the controlled application of thin layers and multi-layer systems using PVD methods on various substrates and other equipment.
