Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service - Enclosure of the glass facade to protect the users of building B4 of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology at ul. ukasiewicza 7-9.1.1. The subject of the contract includes the installation/disassembly of security in front of the main entrance of building B-4 Wrocaw University of Science and Technology on the corner of Smoluchowskiego/Ukasiewicza 5 streets, in particular: 1) execution of a design for securing the main entrance of building B-4 of Wrocaw University of Science and Technology on the corner of Smoluchowskiego/ukasiewicza 5 streets, along with static calculations, made in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations and applicable standards, 2) transport, delivery and installation of the designed protection, 3) rental of the designed modular protection structure for the period indicated in section 2 section 1 point 2 of this agreement, 4) dismantling security after the end of the lease period and its removal and restoration of the rental place to its previous state.2. The scope of the service includes in detail the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the order is included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
