- providing care services for homeless dogs, in particular: 1) rehoming homeless dogs from the Halach commune, transporting them, taking them to an animal shelter, feeding, veterinary treatment, electronic marking of 10 dogs, 2) carrying out obligatory sterilization or castration dogs staying in the shelter for more than 14 days only by a veterinarian 10 dogs, 3) providing 24-hour veterinary care in cases of road accidents involving injured dogs 3 dogs. The contractor undertakes to provide services using specialized transport vehicles, specialized equipment for catching animals, with appropriate certificates. The service must be performed immediately, no later than within 3 hours, and in the case of animals injured (including as a result of road accidents), sick or posing a threat to public safety due to aggressiveness, immediately, i.e. within 1 (one) hour of each notification by the Police or an employee of the Halach Commune Office, 4) euthanizing litters of blind dogs from the area of the Halach commune, 1 litter.
