Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to take out a long -term bank loan in the total amount of PLN 27,136,641.00 for financing the planned deficit and repayment of previously taken loans. The loan will be used to finance the planned budget deficit and repayment previously taken loans in accordance with Resolution No. XI/146/2025 of the Władysławow City Council of February 26, 2025. Loan parameters:
1) maximum loan amount PLN 27 136 641.00,
2) loan repayment in 2029 - 2038 (repayment of capital installments),
3) grace period in the repayment of capital installments until December 31, 2018 r.,
4) the loan will be launched, i.e. put at the disposal of the Ordering Party in tranches, within a maximum of 5 business days from the date of submission of the application by the Ordering Party;
5) the Purchaser reserves the right to take out a loan in an amount lower than set without additional fees and commissions,
6) settlements the loan between the Ordering Party and the Contractor will be made in Polish zlotys (PLN),
7) Type of interest: The loan interest rate during the repayment period will be based on the variable WIBOR 3M Plus a fixed margin proposed by the bank (permanent margin throughout the loan repayment period),
8) repayment of loan installments (capital) will take place after a grace period in 39 quarterly installments and one (last) equalization installment,
