Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to take out a long -term loan within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997. - Banking Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1646, as amended) in the Polish currency, in the amount of PLN 11,547,558.00, including:
- covering the planned budget deficit of the city of Myszkow in 2025 in the amount of: PLN 9,717,558.00,
- repayment of previously taken liabilities from loans taken out - in the amount of: PLN 1,830,000.00.
2. The Credit is granted in PLN for the period from the date of the contract to 30.11.2040.
3. The Contractor shall open the contracting authority of the Ordering Party within 3 days from the date conclusion of the contract and will keep it until 30/11/2040 or to the date of total repayment of the loan.
4. The contractor will start the loan until 29/12/2025.
5. The resource guarantees the use of credit funds in the amount of at least PLN 2,000,000.00.
6. The resource can use the funds from the loan to cover expenses incurred from own funds from 02.01.2025 settlements between the contracting authority and the contractor regarding the loan granted will be carried out in PLN.
7. The interest rate of the loan will be determined on an annual basis, according to a variable interest rate equal to WIBOR 1M, increased by a fixed bank margin.
8. WIBOR 1M will be calculated as the arithmetic average of the last ten quotations (working days) preceding the monthly accounting period, rounded to two decimal places.
