The purpose of taking a loan of up to PLN 7 285 459.21 is to finance the planned deficit and repay the previously taken liabilities for loans and loans.
Installment repayment period Capital loan: March 2026 - December 2040
The bank will put the loan to the contracting authority immediately after the conclusion of the contract, but not later than by 31/12/2025.
The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of repayment of loan installments in foreign currencies. Any calculations between the Contractor and the Ordering Party will be made in Polish zlotys (PLN). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ.
