Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in granting a loan in the amount of PLN 3,000,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Ochotnica Dolna Commune in 2023 and the repayment of previously incurred liabilities., 2. Main conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order:, 2.1. The repayment of the loan together with interest will be made from the income of the Ochotnica Dolna Commune., 2.2. Settlements between the Ordering Party and the Contractor will be made in Polish zlotys [PLN]. 2.3. The loan will be used in one tranche (such data should be taken into account when preparing the offer): a) tranche transferredto the bank account of the Ochotnica Dolna Commune in the amount of PLN 3,000,000.00, by December 28, 2023, (the loan will be disbursed upon a written application submitted by the Ordering Party, within a maximum of 2 days from the date of submission of the application)., b) The Ordering Party reserves the right to use a smaller amount of credithere and early repayment without incurring any costs. If the Ordering Party does not submit a separate application for the release of the loan tranche referred to in point 2, point 2.3 lit. a) the contract is terminated on December 31, 2023, and the Contractor will not claim any...
