Description:
1. The purpose of taking out a loan in the amount of PLN 6,000,000.00 is to finance the planned budget deficit of the Purda Commune and to repay previously contracted loans and credits. The decision to take out a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 6,000,000.00 was made by the Purda Commune CouncilBy Resolution LI/394/2023 of February 23, 2023, pursuant to Art. 89 sec. 1 points 2 and 3 of the Act of August 27, 2009 on public finance (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1634, as amended). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix 1 to the ToR.
