Description:
1. The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in PLN in the amount of PLN 2,000,000.00 intended to finance the planned deficit. The loan in question must be disbursed no later than December 31, 2025 due to the fact that the limits and authorization to take out the loan are included in the budget resolution for 2025, and the purpose of taking out the loan is to finance the planned deficit in 2025. 3. Deadline for execution of the contract: 169 months, however, not earlier than from the moment of conclusion of the agreement until the final repayment of the loan expected in December 2039. The repayment of capital installments under the loan agreement will take place in the period from March 2027 to December 2039. 4. Total repayment of capital installments under the loan agreement will take place over a period of 13 years from March 2027 to December 2039 until the last day of each quarter in accordance with the schedule below: March 31, 2027 - PLN 12,500.00; March 2028 PLN 7,500.00; zloty; June 30, 2029 PLN 5,000.00; 2032 ...
