- The subject of the order is to obtain a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 3,500,000.00 to finance the planned municipal budget deficit. Loan amount: PLN 3,500,000.00. Loan currency: Polish zloty (PLN). The loan will be made available to the Borrower in tranches on the basis of the Borrower's written demands for the next tranche, but at the earliest on the day of signing the agreement, and at the latest by December 31, 2025, depending on the Borrower's current demand for loan funds. The loan is secured by a blank bill of exchange with a declaration of bills of exchange. On the bill of exchange declaration will be countersigned by the Commune Treasurer.
