Description:
1) The subject of this order is to take out a long-term bank loan in the amount of: PLN 5,000,000.00 (in words: five million zlotys),
The next day after signing of the contract will be the date when the loan is made available to the Ordering Party. The loan will be taken within a period adapted to the current needs of the Ordering Party, i.e. within 1 month from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no later than December 31, 2025.
3) The Ordering Party reserves the right not using the loan without additional financial burdens,
4) Loan servicing will concern the actual amount of credit used.
5) Funds from the bank loan will be transferred to the account of the Koluszki Commune.
