Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of a long-term bank loan in the total amount of PLN 2,000,000.00 (in words: two million zlotys 00/100) for the period until December 31, 2036 to cover the planned budget deficit in the amount of PLN 743,433.86 and for repayment earlier liabilities incurred in the amount of 1 256,566.14 z.2. Detailed terms of the order, including quality standards referred to in Art. 246 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law: 1) Leaving the loan at the Ordering Party's disposal until December 31, 2025. 2) The Ordering Party reserves the right not to take out the entire loan amount. It is possible to draw down a loan one-off or in tranches, up to the Ordering Party's needs, no later than December 31, 2025.3) Loan currency type: zloty loan.4) Loan repayment period, principal repayment will be made in quarterly installments, starting from March 31, 2026 to December 31, 2036 (subject to the possibility of early repayment of the loan without incurring additional costs on this account).5) Interest payment dates: interest installments will be payable quarterly.
