Description of the subject of the order:
The decision to take out a long-term loan in the amount of
2025 pursuant to Article 18(2)(9)(c) and Article 58 of the Act of March 8, 1990 on municipal self-government (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1153), Art. however, not earlier than from the moment of conclusion of the agreement until the final repayment of the loan expected in December 2038. Repayment of capital installments under the loan agreement will take place quarterly in the period from March 2026 to December 2038.
The bank will make the loan available to the Ordering Party immediately after concluding the contract, but no later than December 31, 2025.
the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
between the contractor and the ordering party will be made in Polish zlotys (PLN).
