Description:
The subject of the order is to obtain a long-term loan up to the amount of PLN 2,950,000.00 (in words: two million nine hundred and fifty thousand) to cover the budget deficit of 2025 and to repay previously incurred liabilities, in accordance with Resolution No. XXIII/117/2025 of the City Council in Biaaczow of November 14 2025 regarding: taking out a long-term loan to cover the 2025 budget deficit and repayment of previously incurred liabilities, i.e.: 1. disbursement of the loan by December 29, 2025, once or in tranches, within no more than 3 days from the Ordering Party's request. Loan disbursement means the day of receipt of funds to the ordering party's account, 2. a long-term loan cannot be charged with fees other than interest,3. after the grace period, the loan will be repaid on the last day of the quarter starting from March 31, 2026 to December 31, 2035 in the following installments: 2026 quarterly 4 installments after PLN 32,500.00, 2027 and 2029 quarterly, PLN 57,500.00 each, 2030, up to 2032, PLN 82,500.00 quarterly, 2033, up to 2035, quarterly PLN 95,000.00; In the event that the loan or interest repayment date falls on a holiday p...
