Description:
1. The subject of this order is to grant a long-term bank loan to repay previously incurred credits and loans up to PLN 1,000,000.00. The Ordering Party requires that the loan be granted on the following terms: 1) the loan will be disbursed in one tranche by December 22, 2025 2) the loan repayment period is until December 31, 2034, 3) the interest will be repaid by the last day of each month, starting from January 31, 2026. Interest will be calculated on the amount of the loan actually used. Amount of capital installments according to the repayment schedule. Interest rates are decreasing. The commission is collected once when the loan is disbursed, 4) capital installments will be repaid according to the table below, with a grace period until March 31, 2026. 5) variable loan interest rate based on the WIBOR rate for 1-month PLN deposits of 1m +/- bank margin.
