Description:
The said order is included in the project "Improvement of sewage management in the Kielce metropolitan area-ETAP II", for which the Employer obtained funding from the funds of the European Funds program for infrastructure, climate, environment (Feniks) 2021-2027: priority FENX.01 FENX.01 Support for Energy and Environment sectors as part of the FENX.01.03 Water -Dark Management.
1. The order of the contract includes the execution of construction works covering the construction of sanitary sewage system in the city of Kielce as part of Task 6 "Construction of a sanitary sewage system in ul. Warsaw Pact with Sewage Pump Pump "implemented according to contract conditions for construction for engineering and construction works designed by the Employer, the first edition in English 1999 published by the International Federation of Engineers des Ingenieurs-Conseils-FIDIC) after Box 311, CH-1215 Geneva 15, Switzerland, and the fourth English-Polish edition 2008, (Red Fidic).
2. Relialization of the subject of the contract includes:
- Construction of gravitational sanitary channels with a length of about 1.3 km from stoneware pipes with a diameter of 0 200 mm, including approx. 0.48 km from 0 200 mm spray stoneware pipes (controlled drilling);
- reconstruction of the hydrant on plot 2073 between S8 and S9,
- Treeing of trees on plot 691 - birch in the amount of 3 items (rules of conduct in cutting and protecting trees are described in the technical specification ST-01.0...
