Description:
Task No. 1: Flood protection service to be performed on paths within the administrative boundaries of the City of Tychy and maintenance of ponds located in parks in Tychy in 2026. The subject of the order includes: 1. Maintenance and care of streambeds, ditches and ponds.2. Maintaining the flow of watercourses and ditches within the administrative boundaries of the city of Tychy.3. Renovation and renovation works of streambeds, ditches and ponds.4. Keeping clean and tidy as well as maintaining and caring for aquatic plants on ponds located on in the Park of St. Francis of Assisi.5. Performing the function of the Investor's Supervision Inspector in the scope of maintaining water facilities (ponds) and all technical devices on the ponds covered by the services. The detailed scope of work and the description of the work to be performed are included in a summary and technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, constituting annexes to this specification. The Ordering Party reserves the right that each time before the Contractor commences to perform the service, the work selection report will specify its scope material, specifying the date of their commencement.
