- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new stationary power generators powered by diesel engines, intended for emergency or continuous operation: Task No. 1 Purchase of 1 piece of power generator with a power of 328 kW 2. Delivery and assembly in the city of Zawiercie at the expense and the Contractor's risk (place indicated by the Ordering Party before the planned delivery). 3. The Contractor will perform a test run and conduct training for the Ordering Party's employees in the operation and maintenance of the equipment no later than on the day of delivery.4. The devices must have technical and commissioning documentation and instructions service in Polish and all necessary approvals and certificates, technical opinions and approvals. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.6. The order is covered by a subsidy from the Silesian Voivode to finance the local government's own tasks in the field of protection population and civil defense under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for the years 20252026.7.
