Zad. 1 The scope of the subject of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste accumulated
Zad. 2 subject of the contractThere is the creation, maintenance and service of the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK), on the property owned by the contractor or for which the contractor has a legal title, enabling it to be used to create, maintain and service PSZOK. The contractor, for the duration of the implementationthe subject of the contract, must have the right to dispose of the area for the collection and temporary storage of municipal waste, the point should be located at a distance of not more than 10 km from the seat of the Świdnica Commune Office, counting public roads
