Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the project entitled "Expansion of the rainwater management system - 3rd stage" (Task No. 2 in accordance with the assumptions of the European Funds for infrastructure, climate, environment (Phoenix) for 2021-2027 covered by documentationdesign provided by the Ordering Party on the website of the proceedings.
2. The order is awarded in parts, each of which will be the subject of separate proceedings, in accordance with art. 91 para. 1 of the PZP Act.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its sizeand the scope was specified in the specification of the terms of the contract and in the attachments to SWZ.
4. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of similar contracts referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the PZP Act,
