Task No. 5 - Construction of a retention reservoir with accompanying infrastructure and reconstructionrainwater sewage system in Olsztyn in the Kusociński Park as part of the project entitled "Expansion of the rainwater management system - 3rd stage".

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works as part of the project entitled "Expansion of the rainwater management system - 3rd stage(Task No. 5 including the construction of a retention reservoir with accompanying infrastructure and reconstruction of the rainwater sewage system in Olsztyn in the Kusociński Park), in accordance with the assumptions of the European Funds program for infrastructure, climate, environment (Phoenix) for 2021-2027 and documentationdesign provided by the Ordering Party on the website of the conducted proceedings /CPV code: 45232454-9; 45232130-2; 45111291-4; 45310000-3; 45311100-1/.
2. The order is awarded in parts, each of which will be the subject of separate proceedings, in accordance with art. 91 para. 1of the Public Procurement Law.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its size and scope are specified in the specification of the terms of the contract and in the attachments to SWZ.
4. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of similar contracts referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the PZP Act,
