Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the project entitled "Expansion of the rainwater management system - 3rd stage" (Task
No. 8) including the development of the area around the retention reservoir in the Zacisze Park in Olsztyn, in accordance with the assumptions of the Funds programEuropean for infrastructure, climate, environment (Phoenix) for 2021-2027 and with the project documentation provided by the Ordering Party on the website of the conducted proceedings /CPV code: 45111291-4; 45310000-3; 45311100-1/.
2. The order is awarded in parts, each of whichThere will be a separate procedure, in accordance with art. 91 para. 1 of the PZP Act.
