Description:
The subject of the fall is the supply of winter tires to the KWP sub -vehicles in Opole, indicated in the description of the subject of the skew, hereinafter referred to as OPZ, constituting the closure to SWZ. The number of the assortment specified in the OPZ, should be treated as a large approximation. The amount of the ordered assortment may be changed duringthe duration of the contract, depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, without the right to claim on the part of the Contractor. The assortment, during the contract, will be ordered by parties called "one -time order". The party is reflected in the one -off pollEmployer from the point indicated by the Contractor located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Opole or the contractor will deliver the tire in a period of three working days to the address of the Transport Department of the Voivodship Police Headquarters in Opole, ul. Oleska 95, 45-232 Opole, from rolling, sentby the contracting authority or to the contractor's e-mail address.
