Description:
1 Technical assistance and maintenance of the Office and software owned by the Ordering Party, whose list is the beginning of 1 to OPZ (hereinafter: ATIK). The scope of work carried out by the Contractor, including sections, will be implemented related to: 1.1.1. Removing detected defects, including in puppies with support in removing and removing failures with service repair repairs; 1.1.2. Delivery of temporary solutions / for failures that fail to solve within the time specified in SLA; 1.1.3. Implementing works related to uploading corrections and new versions of the internal software at the headquarters of the Ordering Party together with testing and adjusting the configuration of the office ensuring the correct action of all used functionality; 1.1.4.
