The List of Subsystems is included in Annex 1 to the contract template.
Oracle Database Standard Edition One ver. 11, no software update license & support. The subsystems were created using Oracle Developer 6i. The owner of the source codes is Asseco Data Systems S.A. based in Gdańsk, excluding components (including libraries) and software from external suppliers/licensors (including third parties or communities open source) that are used in the Subsystems or necessary for the operation of the Subsystems or their individual functionalities.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the requirements for the Contractor are included in the contract template constituting an annex to the SWZ.
4. Order completion date: 12 months from the date of its signing - with the proviso that the above-mentioned period the period cannot start earlier than January 1, 2026.
