- 1. The order of the contract includes a service involving the provision of technical assistance to the ORACLE Software Technical Inspection, in accordance with the requirements set out in this specification of the terms of the contract.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract was included in the attachments to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract (contract template).
3. The desire for the subject of the contract includes:
a) the provision of technical assistance services (Software Update License & Support) for your ORACLE software to the extent described in OPZ constituting Annex 1 to the Agreement (item 1-14);
b) Conducting workshops authorized by the manufacturer of the Oracle (Learning Credits) software, described in OPZ constituting Annex 1 to the Agreement (item 15), during the contract;

5. Current order:
Deadline performance of the contract - from the date of the contract to 31 August 2028. The start of the provision of technical assistance services will take place within 14 calendar days from the date of the contract. The Contractor within 14 calendar days from the date of the contract is concluded by registering on the page "We Oracle Support "and transferring a technical assistant certificate to the Ordering Party, confirming the purchase of the rights to use the services of technical assistance (Software Update & Support) for previously purchased Oracle software.
