Description:
The subject of the order is: preparation of a technical assessment regarding the technical condition of the supporting structure of the underground garage located at Gdynia Chylonia Railway Station Square. The detailed scope of the subject of the order, the conditions of its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor include: 1) Description of the subject of the order Annex 2 to the SWZ, 2) Draft provisions of the contract, Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. The technical expertise should be prepared in paper and electronic form in 2 copies (on USB drives), using computer technology. Electronic documentation must be prepared in an accessible format reading and printing files, i.e. text files: .doc and pdf extensions, graphic files: .dwg and pdf extensions. The electronic and paper forms of the expert opinion preparation should be the same, and an appropriate declaration should be included when submitting the complete documentation. Where electronic form and paper will not be the same, this will be the basis for the Ordering Party to refuse to sign the delivery and acceptance protocol until the discrepancies are removed.
