Description:
Due to the specificity of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party requires the submission of an offer after a mandatory on-site visit by all Contractors interested in obtaining this order. The visit will take place on October 21, 2025 at 12:00. Meeting of participants in the building of the Ordering Party's headquarters at ul. Gwardii 1 at the ticket offices. The Ordering Party does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of carrying out an on-site visit. Contractors may submit an application for participation in an on-site visit by October 21, 2025 at 11:00 via sending a message to: anna.kucharska@muzhp.pl The Ordering Party will prepare an attendance list that will document the mandatory on-site visit by the Contractors. If an offer is submitted by a Contractor who did not make an on-site visit, the offer will be rejected pursuant to art. 226 section 1 point 18) of the Act. Record number: AU-000109
