Description:
1.1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in performing and supervising the current service of real estate in the field of maintenance, current repairs, technical inspections in accordance with the operation and maintenance instructions for installations and devices, as well as the latest knowledge technical and performing coordination and organizational functions regarding the operation of the property, hereinafter referred to as the subject of the contract. The subject of the agreement is also to ensure the safe use and proper operation of the Real Estate and to maintain Real estate in a non-deteriorated condition, in proper technical and aesthetic condition by taking care of the property with due care. The subject of the contract is divided into three basic scopes: 1.1.1. Technical service inside the Myn Modernity Center building Knowledge.1.1.2. Technical service inside the building of the Center for Innovative Education. 1.1.3. Technical service outside the property of the Myn Wiedzy Modernity Center. 1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including a detailed description of buildings no. I and II, is included in the annex No. 7 to SWZ.
