Description: 1. The subject of the order is the technical service and maintenance of ventilation and air conditioning systems in buildings "A" and "B" at ul. Rural 6/8 and in the building at ul. Smolna 12, in Warsaw, which includes:
1.1. Technical service, maintenance and repair of devices and installations included in the abovementioned ventilation and air conditioning systems;
1.2. Service on duty during the use of the Senate Plenary Sea and Conference Room No. 217 (bud. "A"),
- in the scope and under the conditions specified in the description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
2. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor by the Contractor an electronic object supervision system.
3. Details on the execution of the order can be found in Annex 1 to SWZ.
