- 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of technical support services for network switches and communication modules, LAN administration system with a hardware platform.
2. The Contractor will be obliged as part of the implementation of the subject of the contract to:
1. Displaying the disadvantages of physical devices and irregularities in the operation of the device software

3. Entry the ordering party by independent access 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to the web service of the device manufacturer, which allows:
a) providing information about the speech of a defect physical device or irregularities in the operation of the device's software to the technical center of the device manufacturer,
b) performance of the device software update to the latest version,
c) access to devices' devices and software documentation,
d) access to the manufacturer's technical support device software, access to the details of the service contract.
