Description:
The subject of the order is the technical support service for the Multimedia Radio Database system, hereinafter referred to as the System, which is an integrated IT software installed at Polskie Radio S.A. for managing archival resources, including d'accord.archive.center d'a softwareccord.gateway 4.0 (and higher) and Mediathek 4.1 (and higher).
1) The Ordering Party informs that the owner of the rights and source codes to the d'accord.archive.center d'accord.gateway and Mediathek 4.1 software is d'accord broadcasting solutions GmbH with its registered office in Norderstedt, ul.Heidbergstrasse 100, 22846 Norderstedt, Germany. The Ordering Party has no rights or source codes to this system.
2) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the OPZ (Description of the Subject of the Order), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the ToR.
3) The subject of the contract will be implemented in accordance with the conditionsterms of the contract specified in the draft provisions of the contract, st. Appendix No. 6 to SWZ
