Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the technical support service of the multimedia radio database system, then the system, which is integrated IT software installed on Polish Radio S.A. in liquidation for archival resource management, including software d'Accord.archive.center d'Accord.gateway 4.0 (and higher versions) and MediaThek 4.1 (and higher versions).
2. The contracting authority informs that the owner of the rights and source codes for d'Accord.archive.center d'Accord.gateway and MediaThek 4.1 is the company D'Accord Broadcasting Solutions GmbH z headquarters in Norderstedt, ul. Heidbergstr 100, 22846 Norderstedt, Germans. The contracting authority has no rights or source codes for this system.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in OPZ (description of the subject of the contract), constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
4. The subject of the contract will be implemented in accordance with the terms of the contract specified in the planned provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
