Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of technical support services with the right to update the SIMPLE.ERP Financial and Accounting System (hereinafter referred to as the Financial and Accounting System or the System) and the supply of a license for the module integrating the System with KSeF and its implementation (hereinafter referred to as the KSeF Module).2. The subject of the order, including in particular: 1) delivery of a perpetual license for the module integrating the Financial and Accounting System with KSeF, including the implementation of the KSeF Module, as well as the provision of technical support with the right to update the implemented KSeF Module, 2) technical support with the right to update all licenses and System modules held by the Ordering Party, 3) additional programming services provided at least and max. do SWZ.
