- providing services consisting in providing a temporary place in a shelter with care services for homeless people referred by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Baranow in accordance with the provisions of Art. 48a of the Social Assistance Act of March 12, 2004. The subject of the order is to provide 24-hour temporary shelter along with daily meals and providing the necessary social conditions and care services to homeless people referred by the Social Welfare Center who, due to age, illness or disability, require partial care and assistance in meeting the necessary living needs. - Service provision period: from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, 7 days a week. - The contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer the place where the service will be provided. The Ordering Party reserves the right to verify the indicated place in terms of preparation for the execution of the ordered item services, before concluding the contract and throughout the entire order execution period. - The contractor undertakes to determine readiness for a person staying in a shelter who leaves the facility within 24 hours.
