Description:
1. The subject of the order is: provision of services consisting in providing temporary shelter for homeless people and temporary shelter with care services for homeless people from the City and Commune of Dzierzgo for 2026. 2. The Ordering Party allows submitting partial offers.3. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers or offers in the form of electronic catalogues.4. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8. Part 11) provision of services consisting in: providing a temporary place in a shelter for homeless people referred by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Dzierzgoń in accordance with the provisions of Art. 48a of the Act on Social Assistance of March 12, 2004.2) The subject of the order is to provide 24-hour temporary shelter for homeless people, including providing a place to sleep in a heated room whose temperature is not lower than 20oC.3) Service provision period: all year round, 7 days a week.4) The shelter cannot be located far from the city The ghost of 100 km.
