The subject of the order is the service of a temporary shelter for homeless people and a temporary shelter with care services for homeless people from the area of the Stary Dzierzgo Commune for 2026.1) provision of services consisting in providing a temporary place in a shelter for homeless people referred to by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Stary Dzierzgoń in accordance with the provisions of Art. 48a of the Act on Social Assistance of March 12, 2004. 2) The subject of the order is to provide 24-hour temporary shelter for homeless people, including a place to sleep in a heated room, the temperature of which is not lower than 20 o C. 3) Service provision period: all year round, 7 days a week. 4) The shelter cannot be more than 100 km away from the Stary Dzierzgo commune. The expected number of homeless people covered by the services is 3 people without care services and 4 people with care services. Due to the specificity of the order, which is characterized by changing customer needs due to their changing health condition, the personal situation of the number of homeless people provided by the Ordering Party is the number expected throughout the duration of this contract. go away...
