• Description:
• 1.Experienced and qualified Companies are invited to provide engineering and construction services, including supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Temporary Warehousing Structure and Fabrication Shops (commodity code UA11) at the project location for the Poland Nuclear Power Plant. The facilities are industrial standard, temporary, non-safety related, non-seismic, commercial-grade steel buildings, intended solely to support construction activities and not plant operations. All works must comply with Polish law, EU standards, and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements, with the Pomeranian Voivode acting as AHJ. General Building Characteristics: -Structures are steel-framed, modular or pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB). -Buildings are single-story, rectangular, low-rise, with pitched roofs. -Facilities must remain fully operational year-round in a Baltic coastal environment for a design life of 15 years. -All buildings are electric-only; no gas installations are permitted. -Uniform construction technology, finishes, and systems must be applied across all buildings for each of two types of buildings: warehouses and fabrication shops. -All furnish and production lines are excluded from the scope, the subject of the bid is limited to the solely buildings only.
