- The service of renting tent halls and a comprehensive service in the field of securing portable kitchen equipment - kitchen containers for units exercising on the training ground, carried out by 16 WOG.
1.1. The subject of the order is the service of renting tent halls and a comprehensive service in the field ofe security in portable kitchen equipment - kitchen containers of units exercising on the training ground, implemented by the 16th WOG
2. Aspects of the service and technical and technological requirements are included in the description of the subject of the order and the draft contract (annexes to the SWZ)
3. Dland the implementation of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract concluded at least for the duration of the order, employees with experience, availability and knowledge of the topography of the area, performing direct activities involvingincluding transport, setting up (halls, containers) and daily cleaning and technical services. In accordance with the above regulation, the contractor assumes responsibility for the implementation of this obligation by subcontractors. Employed employees are obliged to perform certain tasksch work under the employer's supervision. The Ordering Party states that the process of providing the service involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 section 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code
