Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the provision of liquefied gas (LPG) sample testing services as part of the fuel quality monitoring and control system implemented by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection with the help of the Trade Inspection pursuant to the Act of 25August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 846, as amended) - part I., A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the Specification, Laboratory, to to which LPG samples will be delivered for testing should be kept separatedifferent parts of the contract in the territory of one of the voivodeships specified for a given part of the contract.
