Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a set of text data in Polish intended for training large language models, consisting of entire works or fragments of works meeting the requirements specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject Orders. The scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) making available (delivery) by the Contractor a set of text data, i.e. Works with metadata of Works, stored and cataloged in electronic form in the Resource Database, which have not been publicly made available by the Contractor under open licenses, in the number specified in the Contractor's Offer constituting Annex No. 1 to the Agreement, 2) granting by the Contractor of a non-exclusive License for the Ordering Party to use the Works contained in the Resource Database and permission for the Ordering Party to exercise dependent rights to the Works, 3) granting the Ordering Party by the Contractor the right to grant the Institutions: (i.) Sublicenses within the scope referred to in point 2 and (ii.) permits (consents) referred to in point. 2;2.
