Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the development of a multi -branch construction and executive project as well as construction works in the field of building a didactic building in modular technology based on a functional and utility program (PFU) together with attachments developed in accordance with the requirements - art. 103 section 2 Of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended).
The property is located in the area of the system Urban-Architectonic General Herman von Stranz from 1935, which is entered in the municipal register of monuments.
3. The order of the contract also includes the design and implementation of the necessary connections and reconstruction of colliding networks and installations, disassembly colliding development elements (including hardened surfaces, pitch with devices and fences, elements of small architecture).
4. The order of the contract includes:
1) project documentation
2) construction works in accordance with PFU
3) author's supervision
4) as -built documentation
5) service built -in devices
6) connections to the building.
7) delegations related to the reception of ready -made elements (modules).
