Short description of the subject of the skew: 1) Factory cars new 2023/2024 2 pieces, 2) vehicle type: bus, 3) number of seats: 9, 4) permissible tenty mass: up to 3.3 tonnes, 5) Bus transmission: manual 6 -Ektowa, 6) Multi -purpose passenger car for transporting OSB with non -emergency (pre -margin bus), 4. The car must spend the requirements of Polish traffic rules: 1) Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal U. of 2023, item 1047, as amended), 2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022 - z change changes). The car must have a bucket of approval as a passenger car intended for transporting non -firm OSB. The Contractor should have and transfer to the ordering all necessary documents required by law, enabling the vehicle registration for the transport of non -firm OSB. ,, 5.
