The subject of this contract is the implementation of project documentation along with the performance ofauthor's supervision and implementation based on the developed design documentation for all construction works for the task entitled Expansion of the PET laboratory with the modernization of the radiopharmaceutical label of the PET studio and the purchase of a PET CT scanner, including in particular:
1) making documentationProject
2) performing author's supervision
3) performing the entire subject of the contract, construction works on the basis of
and agreed with the Employer Project Documentation and other elements necessary for the proper functioning of the facility together with land development (ifconcerns), including in particular:
a) preparation, protection of the construction site,
b) providing persons in the form of a construction manager/industry works managers
c) execution of all demolition, construction and construction works, assembly
and finishing together with external installationsand internal,
d) construction of new internal and external installations necessary for the functioning of the investment, as intended,
e) removal of possible collisions with existing infrastructure,
f) ensuring coordination between all industries at the design stage and
andexecution,
g) obtaining all final permits, certificates, decisions (including in particular the decision on the building permit, a certificate of no grounds to object to the authority of the construction authorityBE ... - Documents:
