The floor in the hall, between the tool room, the window repair station and the paint shop for small elements, including wagon frames, with an area of approximately 120 m2. On-site visit required at PKP Intercity Remtrak Sp. z o. o. Plant Opole ul. Rejtana 7, 45-332 Opole, from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Contact person: Adrian Kordas tel. 539699431 Scope of work: Fencing the area and preparing the work site. Manual chipping of concrete at the existing railway rails and the media channel and manholes. Repair of the canal covering media along the entire length of the floor to be replaced, if necessary, replacement of the angle bracket holding the steel plates. Adjustment of manholes located in the area of the floor being renovated, in accordance with the level of the newly laid floor. Execution of expansion joints at rails. Mechanical cutting of the remaining reinforced concrete. Mechanical removal of rubble, loading and removal from the main hall. Disposal of removed rubble from the work site. Deepening of places for a new floor. Preparation of ballast from crushed aggregate with a fraction of 0-31.5 mm including compaction. Preparation of formwork. Preparation of floor reinforcement. Maximum load per 1 m2 - 4,000 kg/m2. Laying concrete in places where the floor is to be made, including troweling and concrete care.
