Description: The competition is a implementation competition, i.e. in which the prize is a cash prize and the invitation of the author (participant of the competition) of the selected competition operation to negotiate in a free-hand order mode, in order to perform the service based on competition work. The subject of the service has been described in the relevant provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex 1 to the Regulations.
The scope of the competition study was described in Chapter II of the Competition Regulations and in materials for the Competition (Annex No. 6A to 6P to the Regulations). Competition participants submit requests for admission to participate in the competition. The organizer allows for participation in the competition and invites you to submit competitions of competition participants meeting the requirements set out in the Regulations.
