Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of medical apparatus for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. (endoscopic vision tracks, videogastroscopes, video colonoscopes, video cards, tympanomics).
2. The order of the contract has been divided into two parts:
Part 1: Endoscopic vision track, videogastroscopes, video colonoscopes, VideoDoDenoscopes:
Task no
Task No. 3: Type II videogastroscope,
Task No. 4: Type III Videogastroscope,
Task No. 5: Video -clerk type I,
Task No. 6: Video -clerk type II,
Task No. 7: VideoDodenoscopes Type I.
Part 2: Tympanometers:
Task No. 1: Type Type I,,
Task No. 2: Type Type Type II.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract specifying the requirements The Ordering Party and quantity is included in Annex 3 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract. The Contractor filling out in the items in this item attachment, confirms the fulfillment of the requirements specified by the Employer.
4. The implementation of the subject of the contract is determined by the draft contracts - Annex 6a (Successive Deliveries) 6B (one -time delivery) to SWZ.
5. The order items must be complete, with a high standard both in terms of quality and functionalities, as well as free from material, construction and legal defects.
6. The offered objects of the order must be approved for trading and use in accordance with applicable law.
